  2. Stir-fry continously for about 5-7mins.

  4. Pour into a clean tray, u can also use your hands to remove the back as well, as shown here, not all, but more inorder to get the whiteness of the kunu.
  5. Wash and soak your white rice for abt 10mins.
  6. Add them all together. Blend them all together until soft and smooth.
  7. Drain the mixture into a clean bowl using siever or a clean transparent cloth as well. Until u're done wif all the mixture.
  8. Get a clean pot, pour the groudnut mixture into the pot, stiring continously,add a hand of the white rice inside, allow to boil, until getting thick a little bit. Low the heat.
  9. Turn off the heat. Wash and cut your fresh lemons, squeeze them, add to the mixture-stir. To get more thicker.
  10. Done. Serve wif beans cake, or moi -moi.
