  1. Take the egg whites in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and 2 tbsps of sugar and beat well to get a frothy mixture.
  2. In a bowl, grease it with butter and little coffee powder as shown in the picture. Now add the frothy mixture to the bowl, cover it with a lid or foil to prevent the vapours entering inside. Place the bowl in a steamer and steam it for 10-15 minutes. Now the snow pudding is ready!!! Serve it hot or refrigerate it and then serve. I topped it with chopped chocolate.
