Instructions to make Akara/kosai:
- Firstly u put ur beans and pound it so dat it will be easy for you wen washing make sure u wash it well so that the back will be removed
- After dat u bring ur red pepper tarugu onions and garlic put dem all and blend till very smooth
- Then pour into a clean bowl and add ur salt and white maggi beat very well u can add egg
- Then put ur pan on heat add oil wen is hot u start frying
- NB:u should not put too much water and u should not put ur heat high put in a medium heat
