  5. Check ur yam if it soft enough to use,if it soft drain out the water with a kitchen sieve and set aside
  6. Heat up some oil, if the oil is very hot, soak your yam in your egg,transfer into the flour mixture,and transfer into the egg again and set aside and repeat the process for all that yams
  7. Add place the coated yam Into the hot oil and fry till golden brown, and drain in a paper towel
  8. For the pepper sauce: blend all the pepper and onion till it smooth
  9. Boil the pepper till all the water therein are dried up
  10. Heat up some oil and fry the garlic and some onion, then add the tomato puree and allow to cook for about 3 mins,them add in the blended pepper and seasoning to ur desired taste and your sauce is ready
  11. The boil and fry ur turkey and transfer into a kitchen sieve
  12. Your yamarita and sauce is ready,enjoy with your favorite drink
