  2. Get 8 eggs
  3. Get container Air tight

  6. Put the lid on and leave in the fridge for 4 days

  8. Remove front the salt be gentle when doing this.
  9. Wash & pat dry placing the yolks onto baking paper
  10. 80 degrees for 45 mins then flip
  11. 80 degrees for 45 mins remove & cool
  12. Once cool grate over fresh pasta, salads for amazing flavour
