  2. Make ready 1/2 cup white beans
  3. Take 3 tbsp Scotch bonnet paste
  4. Get 2 tbsp onion paste
  5. Take Seasoning
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp salt
  7. Take 2 cookspoon palm oil
  8. Take Fried Chicken

Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots, Green Beans, and Sweet Peas but feel free to use any choice of Vegetables. Jollof spaghetti is a delicious alternative to everyday Nigerian Jollof rice. This recipe is incredibly delicious and cooks way faster than the rice version. Instructions to make Simple Jollof Spagh with Beans:
  1. Clean, rinse beans properly, put in pot add 4 cups of water with salt and set on fire to cook
  2. Note: i put the beans before the water boils so it soften quickly (saves time and gas)
  3. When the beans is half soft, add the palm oil, onion and Scotch bonnet paste, with seasoning stir and cover for 5 minute
  4. Break in the spaghetti into the boiling pot, stir and allow to cook on medium heat
  5. Note: if water drains and it's not properly cooked add little more warm water.
  6. Dish out when ready with already fried chicken by the side ๐Ÿ˜‹
