  1. Wash fish. Spice and put on fire with onion for 5 mins. Remove from fire and debone. Add green pepper. Break 2 eggs and whisk add into minced fish (sardine) beat well. Add seasonings. Put oil on fire, when hot scoop the mixture and dip into hot oil. Allow to fry n be golden. Put in strainer to absorb excess oil. It can be served with rice or spaghetti or eaten like this. Enjoy
