  6. Strain and squeeze the mixture using a tight-weave cloth. Be careful it might be very hot!
  7. Now you can find your fresh soy milk and soy pulp!!!!! Plz don’t throw away your soy pulp (called OKARA in Japan). Soy pulp is very healthy and useable.
  8. Store your soy milk in a bottle or sealed container in the fridge and you can store it up to 4 days!
