  4. Προσθέτουμε όλα τα υλικά μαζί ανακατεύουμε καλά και απλώνουμε σε ένα ταψί
  5. Σε προθεμανσμένο φούρνο ψήνουμε στους 170-180 για 30 λεπτά στα 20 λεπτά προσθέτουμε και τις νιφάδες καρύδας και ανακατεύουμε λίγο για να πάρει ομοιόμορφο χρώμα
  6. Μπορείτε αν θέλετε να προσθέσετε και αποξηραμένα φρούτα στον ίδιο χρόνο με τις νιφάδες καρύδας καθώς και γενικά ότι ξηρούς καρπούς ή σπόρους σας αρέσει αλλά στις πιο πάνω αναλογίες. Επίσης μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε όπιο βουτύρο ξηρών καρπών επιθυμείτε.
