  4. Make ready 1/4 cup raisins / goji berries

Any type of rolled oats will work, but old-fashioned rolled oats may provide a better texture than either quick-cook or instant rolled oats. This Easy Homemade Granola is made with oats, nuts, fruit, coconut oil and sweetened with honey or maple syrup. Granola is one of the easiest things to make and the possible variations are endless.   3. Add store-bought dried fruit or make your own. * To dehydrate berries: wash, spread on a baking tray and bake for 3 hours at 100°C.
  4. In a bowl mix together the biscotti crumble, toasted rolled oats, dried fruits (berries) and raisins / goji berries.
  5. Seal in an airtight container.
  6. IMPORTANT: - The Granola can last for up to - 4 weeks in an airtight container.
