  1. Prepare 1 cup dates
  2. Make ready 1 cup roasted and roughly chopped almonds
  3. Make ready 1, 1/2 cup roasted oats
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup honey

These homemade granola bars are my absolute favorite because they're loaded with healthy ingredients and perfect for on-the-go. Growing up, my favorite snack was granola bars. Steps to make 5 Ingredients Granola bars:
  1. In a bowl put mashed dates,almonds and oats. Mix well.
  2. Heat peanut butter,add honey. Stir till well mixed. Pour over the oats mixture. Mix well till well blended.
  3. Transfer to a 8 x 8 inch baking tray lined with parchment paper. Press finely with a bowl,until uniformly flattened. Cover with foil and keep in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove and cut into 10 even bars. Store in an air tight container. Can be stored for 15 days.
