- Add salt,red chilli powder,black pepper,garam masala powder
- In frying pan add oil and chopped cabbage and carrot and fry for 2 mins
- In egg mixture add chopped cabbage,carrot,onion,tomato,green chillies and mix well
- In frying pan add oil and egg omelet mixture and spread evenly cover and cook on low flame 5,6 mins then flip and cook for 2,3 mins
