Use a skewer to pierce through the dish to get the egg cook from base to top. Reduce the heat and cover pot for about 5-7 minutes for egg to set at base. Take off pot cover and increase heat for 2 minutes to brown the potatoes at the base.
  4. Take frying pan off the fire, cut the frittatas into 4. You can serve with tea or coffe or any drink of your choice. It’s yummy and filling.
