  3. Take out dough and roll out on a floured surface until 1/8” thick the. Trim off edges to form a rectangle
  4. Place sausage on one far edge of the dough
  5. Roll once to wrap sausage
  6. Brush on egg on the rolled edge (for sealing).
  7. Then roll one more time to close
  8. Use a knife to trim off excess dough
  9. It should look like this
  10. Cut sausage to shape
  11. Place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Then keep in the fridge to rest for 10minutes
  12. Bring out after 10minutes and egg wash the top gently
  13. Then bake in the preheated oven for 30-35minutes or until golden brown.
