I have never really liked Shawarma and honestly, would never go out of my way to have one. Instructions to make Sausage Shawarma:
  1. Fry your sausages in your vegetable oil for 5minutes
  2. Wash your carrots and medium sized cabbage. Peel off the carrot skin and grate using your grater
  3. Wash grated cabbage and carrots then put in a colander and strain the water
  4. Add grated contents to a bowl, add mayonnaise, little sugar and a little amount of maggi
  5. Mix altogether until well mixed.
  6. Take tortilla wrap/Lebanese bread smear ketchup on it, then add grated cabbage mixture and the amount of sausages you want. If you want you can cut the sausages into tiny pieces
  7. Wrap shawarma and wrap them in a paper or foil paper, place in a microwave/oven/grill and heat for 5minutes. Enjoy❤️
