Instructions to make Puff-puff (Fanke):

  2. In a bowl sieve the flour then add baking powder,yeast,sugar and pinch of salt stir them together.
  3. Mix warm and cool water together pour into the bowl and stir it very well until everything in the bowl is well mix.
  4. Cover the bowl and alot it to double it size for some hour.
  5. Set your pan on fire and pour oil into it, alot it to fry.Then be dropping the mixture into the oil to fry,be flapping it until it is golding brown.
