  13. Oil pan lightly with tissue/kitchen towel
  14. Pour in batter into pan
  15. And turn pan to spread batter
  16. Then place on low flame, it takes just around 40sec to lift up completely, flip it over and allow for just 20sec
  17. Take it out, place on a plate and cover with towel
  18. Repeat for the rest, and spring roll sheets are ready to use
  19. Take a sheet, scoop fish sauce
