  1. Make ready 250 gms Tapioca (Kappa)
  2. Make ready 1 pinch Salt and Turmeric
  3. Prepare 500 ml water
  4. Take for Tempering–
  5. Get 1/2 tablespoon oil
  6. Get 1/2 teaspoon Mustard and urad dal
  7. Take 2 red chillies
  8. Take As required curry leaves
  9. Prepare 1 Pinch Hing and adjust salt if you need
  10. Make ready as required Grated Coconut

This can be had as evening snack or just side dish with rice. Am not a fan of Tapioca but few dishes I learnt from my in laws made me a fan of it.   1. Pressure cook the Tapiocas with water, salt and turmeric powder
  2. Peel the skin and cut into small pieces
  3. Take a kadai,pour little oil,put mustard,urad dal, curry leaves,broken red chillies and a pinch of Hing
  4. Now add the boiled pieces of tapioca and give it a nice mix
  5. Garnish with grated Coconut for a nice taste 😋
