- Then add ur 200mil water and mix well den cover and put aside for like 30mins to an hour for it to double in size
- Heat oil for deep frying and gently bring out d puff from the warm place or under the sun so it does not deflay back to its previous size
- Using ur finger,dispense barter into d oil bits and fry till both sided are evenly brown and take it out
- Serve warm wit and chilled drink..
