Steps to make Samosa:
  1. In a big clean bowl, sieve in the flour
  2. Add salt, some oil, water and give it a good mix, till form a dough, keep it aside and let your dough rest for some minutes.

  12. Keep on repeating the same process with the remaining until you finish everything.
  13. Make a flour paste.
  14. Take one of the samosa sheet add in your fillings, apply the flour paste at the edge of the samosa to avoid the filling from coming out while frying.
  15. Keep on repeating it with the remaining sheet until you're done with all the sheet as shown
  16. Heat enough oil, fry the samosa till golden brown.
  17. Your samosa is ready.
  18. Serve with chilled drink or hot coffee and enjoy
