- For the minced meat,add little oil in a pan and add the Ginger garlic paste,stir and add the minced meat,keep stirring and add rest of the spices and seasoning,keep aside
- For the samosa dough,in a bowl,add flour,salt,oil and rub together, slowly add water and mix dough until soft
- Scoop into balls and and roll using a roll pin and flatten,take each round and rub oil in between,then keep aside for 5 minutes
- Roll out again and place on a pan on low flame untill it forms bubble
- Bring out and cut into four pieces and separate gently
- For the glue,mix flour and water together to make a paste
- Bring each layer and fold then add the filling,use the glue paste and over the edges
- When done,fry in a hot oil untill golden brown
