Instructions to make Vegetable samosa:
- Wash your cabbage,carrot,bell pepper and onions and grate or chop
- Heat oil,add the vegetables and stir fry then season with spices and salt.
- Turn off heat,transfer into a bowl and allow to cool
- Mean while,roll out your sheets,spread on your samosa maker,fill the holes with vegetable filling
- Use a small art brush and apply water or egg wash on the edges of each hole.
- Use another sheet to cover.Close and cook for 3 minutes on a gas stove
- Use a scissor to cut out the samosas.
- Heat oil and fry until golden
- Serve

To make the samosa filling: Heat vegetable oil, hing and cumin/mustard/sesame seed mixture in a skillet. When the seeds pop, add Onion and coriander. Sauté until the Onion becomes translucent, then add amchur powder or lemon juice.
