  3. Add cabbage and carrots saute for some minutes. Now add seasonings and cook on low flame. The Filling is ready keep aside to cool down.
  4. Dough* Mix flour, salt,oil, butter and whisked egg add required water and knead into soft dough.Rest for 10-15mins and knead again, Roll into small balls.
  5. Roll into thin sheets and cut into rectangular shape. Cut it in half from larger side,n cut into strips like shown below.put one part on another in opposite direction. Place the Filling on the center.
  6. Wet the edges with water and put one part n cover the filling mixture.seal with water,take one strip and cover on the top then now take one strip from the other side and make a mat design with them.
  7. Deep fry in hot oil, flip when bottom is golden remove when both sides are golden.
