  1. Mix all ing in a flour and knead tight dough with ice water. Keep it a side for15min.
  2. For Filling:-boil and remove skin of potatoes and mash.
  3.   4. Now roll big roti from dough. Cut from middle and make 2 part. Make a cone and stuff potatoes mixture. Seal properly. And fry till golden colour. Tasty delicious samosa is ready to serve. SERVE WITH TAMRIND JEGGARY CHUTNEY.
