- Take the potatoes and rinse well in water. Then peel them.

- Heat oil in a kadai. On medium hot flame fry the potato sticks till light brown. Remove with a slotten spoon and place the half fried potato sticks on the kitchen towel. After removing all the batches of potato sticks cool down on the room temperature.
- Now increasing the flame high. Add the half fried potato sticks in the hot oil. Fry till crisp and golden. Remove and place on the kitchen towel. Take the fries in the bowl sprinkle with some herbs, salt and chilli flakes. Serve hot fries with tomato sauce or any dip.
