- Making dough: Mix all the the wrapper ingredients and knead a dough with lukewarm water. Dough should be very stiff not soft. Cover the dough and set aside.

- Now fill this cone with stuffing and Seal from the top.
- Now fry the samosa until they are golden brown.
- Crispy samosa are ready to serve.
