- गैस पर एक कडाही रखेगे उसमे यह बेसन का घोल डाळकर गोल कलछुल से लगातार चलायेगें गैस को सिम रखेगें।जब कडाही से बेसन छुटने ळग जाये तब उसे उतार लेगे।
- अब थाली या प्लेटफॉम् के ऊपर पतला फैलायेगें। ठंडा होने पर उसकी चौडी पट्टी काटेगे।
- अब हर एक पट्टी पर पनीर का पतला पीस रखेगे आौर उसके ऊप़र कटी हुई सब्जी रखेगे और चाकू की सहायता से उसे मोडेगें।
- अब एक बरतन मे उसे रखकर उसके ऊपर चीज और पनीर घिसकर सॉस डालकर 10 मि. के लिए कनबेक्शन मोड पर बेक करेगें।
