- Place the dough on a floured surface. Divide into 9 pieces
- Roll each dough into a flat round shape and spray oil on it then sprinkle flour
- Take another flat round shaped dough and place on top of the other dough, Continue the process till you finish. But a minimum of 5 doughs
- Put the dough into a warm pan. When notice a bubnle, flip to the other side. This should be done on low heat
- Cut the Samosa into 4 parts
- Bring the edges together to form a cone
- Seal the edges with a flour paste(which is flour +water), seal it well to avoid bursting
- Fill the cone with the filling and seal the mouth
- Repeat with the remaining dough
- Fry on hot oil
