Steps to make Samosa:
  1. Wash your greengrams, add salt and place to boil until cooked and dry
  2. Take your flour, add salt to taste and knead until you achieve a soft consistency. Cover with a table cloth and let sit for 30minute.
  3. Meanwhile cut the onions into very small pieces and set aside. When the green grams are fully cooked, add the onions and the royco cube. And set aside
  4. Take out the flour and split it into equal portions.

  7. Once cooked, remove from the pan and remove every individual layer to one single "chapati". If not well dried, put back on the pan for few minutes
  8. Cut the pieces of "chapati" into four equal parts
  9. Take each individual part and fold rectangular and hold each part using a paste made by mixing two table spoonful of flour with water
  10. Fill each of the pockets with a tablespoon of the greem grams and make sure to lock all corners to avoid opening
  11. In a pan, put oil halfway and let it gain heat. Deep fry for few minutes until they turn golden brown.
  12. Serve with your favorite drink. Enjoy!
