- In a clean bowl add yeast with water and allow to rise for 5 minutes
- In another bowl combined ur flour,milk,pinch of salt egg,butter,and pour in ur yeast mixture knead d dough for about 15-20 minutes
- Cover d dough with cling flim or kitchen towel and allow to rise for 1 hr
- After 1 hr cut d dough into 8 portions and mould it into fine round shape.Allow it rise agaim for 30 minutes and fry in a low heat.
