  4. Preparing crepes. Heat a non stick pan - Pour a laddle of sooji mix - Spread it like a thin crepe - Let it cook - Sprinkle chopped Coriander - Turn the side
  5. Drizzle some oil on the sides to avoid sticking - Place a tbsp of filling in the middle - Fold from all the four sides to make it as a packet
  6. Press with a flat spoon so that it gets done all over - You can see brown spots once done - Remove in a plate - Serve hot with any chutney or ketchup - Or pack as it is in the tiffin
