  5. Add in your egg and mix well, your final dough should be nice and firm. If not firm enough sprinkle more flour to it and mix well
  6. Sprinkle flour on a board to prevent your dough from sticking, now take dough in small batches and knead, roll out on a board or on a smooth surface and cut easily using a pizza cutter
  7. Repeat the same process until all your dough is cut into pieces
  8. Heat your oil in a pan or pot, when hot fry your Chin chin in batches
  9. Drain oil with a sieve after frying and serve when cool😋😋
