  2. Make ready 1/2 spoon maida/All-purpose flour
  3. Make ready 1/2 spoon semolina
  4. Take 1 cup sugar

  6. Prepare 2 green cardomon
  7. Make ready For custard kheer
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup milk
  9. Take 1 cup milk powder
  10. Take 1/2 spoon custard powder

Instructions to make Kheer Custard Toast:
  1. Make a chanafrom 1/2 ltr milk. Then knead it nicely for 7 to 8 minutes with flour and semolina. Once dough is ready make a balls from the chanadough.
  2. In the mean while in a pan add sugar, water and cardomon. Prepare the sugar syrup. Once water is sticky sugar syrup is ready. Then lower the flame and add the chanaballs. Then change the flames to high and cover the pan. Let it cooked for 10 minutes.
  3. Then let the chanaballs rest for 1 hrs.
  4. Now in another pan add 1/2 cup milk and 1 cup milk powder and cooked it in a low flame. After 5 2 minutes add the 1/2 spoon custard powder.
  5. Then add ghee. (Here adding sugar is optional). Then mix all the ingredients and cook properly.
  6. Switch off the flame when the custard kheer becomes dry.
  7. Now divide the chanaballs equally. Then add the custard kheer in the middle of it.
  8. Then cover the upper parts with another chanaballs. Now garnish with powder milk and cherry, then serve.
