The ingredients needed to make Stuffed paratha:
  1. Make ready as required Wheat flour soft dough
  2. Take for stuffing-
  3. Prepare 6-7 boiled potatoes
  4. Get 100 gms paneer
  5. Take 1 green chilli finely chopped
  6. Prepare as required Fresh Coriander leaves finely chopped
  7. Take 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp amchur powder
  11. Make ready 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. Take 1/2 tsp ajwain(carom seeds)
  13. Get 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  14. Take 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  15. Take As required Butter
  16. Make ready as required Oil/ghee

Instructions to make Stuffed paratha:
  1. Assemble everything together.
  2. Take a bowl, add mashed potatoes, crushed paneer and all the ingredients except butter and ghee.Mix it well.stuffing is ready.
  3. Take small portion of dough make a ball and flatten it.Fill 1-2 tbsp stuffing in it.Close the ball from all sides.
  4. Dust dry flour on plateform,with the help of rolling pin,roll ball to make circle shaped paratha.
  5. Heat tawa, grease with ghee, place the paratha over it, cook it till it becomes crispy. Apply ghee both the sides
  6. Make all the parathas by this method.
  7. Cut it into pieces and Serve with Amul Butter.Butterilla Paratha is ready to eat.
