  2. Prepare Green chilli chopped –2tbspGarlic chopped–2tbspAstofodia-1/4tsp

  3. After few min left the lid and Stir the veggie.at that time u see ridge gourd leave water.add salt and turmeric powder cook for another 10 min on low flame.
  4. Now u increase the flame and Stir veggies. When water is reduced Stir veggies continuously for 2min. Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
