  8. Transfer to a baking sheet. Cover with a tightly wrung kitchen towel, and leave in the microwave for about 15 minutes on the bread-rising setting. (Alternatively, cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place, around 35-40℃.)
  9. When they rise, bake in the preheated oven for about 14-18 minutes at 180℃. When they turn golden brown, they are done. Please adjust the baking time accordingly.
