  3. Then pour 3cup of warm little by little and be mixing it until smoothly, cover it and allow it to rise on the sun or warm place for 1hr
  4. After it rises,pour in another warm water and mix it well,I added 4 cup of warm water. The batter should not be too thick
  5. Add chopped onions, sugar and salt
  6. Mix it well combined
  7. Grease your nonstick frying pan with oil allow it to heat little then pour in the batter, cover and allow it to cook for about 3-5mnt

  9. In a sauce pan,add oil,chopped pepper, tomatoes, scotch bonnet,maggi,salt,curry and potash,you can pour little water cover and allow it to cook for 10mnt. Then add chopped spinach stir and cover it to cook for another 10mnt. Then lastly add chopped onions,stir and allow it for 5mnt. The soup is ready serve and enjoy
