- For pattice- boiled peeled and mashed potatoes add salt add red chilli powder coriander leaves add slice bread just soak and sqeeze water with your hands and add mix well
- Make eqal size balls prepared stuffing in center bring all sides together seal roll in bread crumbs flatten keep aside
- For stuffing - soaked chana dal for 2 hours in presser cooker add water add dal salt presser 1-2 whistle don't make mashy drain water add red chilli powder coriander leaves
- Now take any cookies cutter or made round shape put a stuffed potato ball press lightly bring out extra give a shape keep aside
- Gresse griddle (hot tawa) place 4-5 Pattice at a time drizzle 1 spoon oil over it cook both sides till golden colour
- Take serving plate place two pattice sprinkle red chilli powder add ragda chutneys sev coriander leaves. Serves immigettly. Enjoy.
