  7. Flatten each ball,put a cube of cottage cheese in the centre of dough.Roll with hands to form a ball,seal properly.
  8. Now tie each ball with a cotton string to form a pumpkin like structure. Put the balls in a baking tray.Cover with a damp cloth.Rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile preheat an oven at 180 °c for 10 minutes.Now balls are risen a little.Give an egg wash to them.
  10. Bake at 180°c for 20 -25 minutes.I've baked for 22 minutes.
  11. Chech and take out the bread and cool on a wire rack.
  12. When cool,cut and remove the string.
  13. Serve hot.
