  5. Allow to fry until it look like the pic below…
  6. Your sinasir is ready if inside and out look like this.
  7. Slice and wash your Spinach (Aleho)
  8. Boil your pomo and beef leaving little stock (water)
  9. Dice your veggies… I love my veggies big
  10. Add everything in a pot that is. Oil, Tomato, onion, pepper and seasoning, pomo and beef with the stock. Allow to simmer for 10mins. Please NOTE: i love my sinasir stew with little stock (water) that was why i added the beef, pomo and its stock. But if you dont like it watery you shouldnt add it because aleho has it own water.
  11. Add in your aleho and allow to cook for 3mins
  12. Its ready at this stage.
  13. Make a plating of your choice… I love my sinasir stew with little water for my sinasir to soak in its juicy taste
