- Prepare Oil
- Take Sliced onions
- Take Scotched bonnet
- Prepare Seasoning and spices of choice

The recipe for this spicy, fried bean curd comes from Plenty (Chronicle Books Toss tofu and cornstarch in a bowl until evenly coated. Instructions to make Pepperlicios Tofu (awara):
- In a pan add oil and onions and stir fry for 2minutes
- Then add ur bonnet and spices and stir for 3minutes
- And lastly add ur awara and allow to fry for 5minutes and it's ready, Enjoy
