- When the milk starts boiling and foaming, sprinkle the alum water on it gradually and watch it start coagulating
- Drop from fire and drain the water with your sieve cloth at this point you can put your salt,Maggi,pepper and onions then squeeze harder
- Place any heavy thing you can find on it so it will firm up for about an hour KEEP THE TOFU ON A SLOAPY SIDE SO THE WATER CAN DRAIN OUT EASILY
- Remove the tofu from the cloth and cut into chunks
- Fry in hot oil till golden brown and serve with cold juice of your choice
