- To prepare the thandai masala powder, grind all mentioned ingredients to a smooth powder. Thandai masala powder is ready. Store it an air-tight glass container upto 2 weeks.
- First blend Malai, Sugar and 1 tbsp thandai masala powder until smooth. Then mix Hung Curd too and whisk nicely to a smooth texture.
- Now grease the small bowls with some ghee and pour in the prepared Thandai yogurt mix. Top with slivered pistachios, almonds and cranberries or nuts of choice. Cover all the bowls with aluminium foil. - Place in a steamer and steam it for 20-30 minutes till fork comes out clean.
