- Take parle ji and Oreo bicuits in a mixer jar,keep some Oreo biscuits for decoration also, now grind it to make a fine flour.
- Now put baking powder,refined oil,sugar and milk to it.And make a smooth paste with help of mixer.
- Now take a bowl,it can be steel or aluminium bowl grease it with refined oil and put the smooth mixer into it.
- Now take a kadai put some salt into it and let it heat for 5 minutes in low flame.
- Now put a stand into the kadai and the bowl with the smooth paste into the kadai.
- Cover the kadai completely with plate and let it cook for 35 minutes in low flame
- Now after 35 minutes,open it and put knife into the cake if knife clearly comes out then cake is cooked,if not then let it cooked for 10 minutes more.
- Now take out the bowl from kadai,let it cool.
- Now take out the cake from bowl in plate.
- Decorate the cake with dairy milk chocolate, Oreo bicuits,mixed fruit jam as you want.
