  1. Heat water in a vessel. Add salt (1/3 tbsp) & cooking oil(3 tsp) in it. Let the water bubble. Then add noodles.
  2. Cook 80% of noodles. After that drain the water and wash them under running water.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan (3 tsp). Add tomato (roughly cut), salt (1/4 tbsp), vinegar, garlic and dry red chilli. Fry till tomato softened.
  4. After tomato softened, switch off the flame and let it cool down then blend it.
  5. Heat cooking oil (5 tsp) in the same pan. Then add grated Ginger and chopped garlic. Saute it for 1 minute.
  6. After 1 minute add sliced onion and salt (1/4 tbsp). Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes in high flame.
  7. After 2 minutes at blending stuff (sauce) and black pepper powder. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  8. Add boiled noodles and soya sauce. Mix it well.
  9. Switch off the flame then ready to serve.
