- Heat water in a vessel. Add salt (1/3 tbsp) & cooking oil(3 tsp) in it. Let the water bubble. Then add noodles.
- Cook 80% of noodles. After that drain the water and wash them under running water.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan (3 tsp). Add tomato (roughly cut), salt (1/4 tbsp), vinegar, garlic and dry red chilli. Fry till tomato softened.
- After tomato softened, switch off the flame and let it cool down then blend it.
- Heat cooking oil (5 tsp) in the same pan. Then add grated Ginger and chopped garlic. Saute it for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute add sliced onion and salt (1/4 tbsp). Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes in high flame.
- After 2 minutes at blending stuff (sauce) and black pepper powder. Cook it for 2 minutes.
- Add boiled noodles and soya sauce. Mix it well.
- Switch off the flame then ready to serve.
