  4. Ab patili mein base pe oil lagai, phir rice ki layer lagai phir chicken, phir rice aur chicken ki layer. Last mein rice, phir garnish karein mint and coriander leaves, zarda colour se, 15 minute ke lye stove slow kar dum lagai. It's ready, Serve hot with raita and salad.
