- To form the pie: cut out a handful of dough, roll it out and place on a meatpie cutter, add the filling and seal the edges using water then close.
- Or, you roll out the dough, place a round cover to get a prefer circle, use a pizza cutter to cut it out and add the filling then seal using a fork.
- Eggwash, then sprinkle dry thyme on the outer surface and bake!
