- Place the cake tin on the stand & then close the cooker. Steam the cake over low heat for 25 minutes.
- Remove the cake & allow the cake to cool down completely, once cooled using knife clear the edges and transfer the cake on a serving plate
- SERVE — Slice and serve the super soft and moist cake immediately
- NOTES : For this recipe, u can use baking powder or soda instead of eno, You can also bake the cake in the oven in a preheated oven at 180° C for 25 minute, if you find cracks in the cake then that means your flame was high
