The ingredients needed to make Awara (tofu):
  1. Take 3 cup soybeans 70ml cup fresh squeezed lime juice water
  2. Take to taste Salt
  3. Take Water
  4. Make ready to taste Pepper

Instructions to make Awara (tofu):
  1. Soak the soybeans overnight. Drain and grind in blender add about 3 cups of water while grinding, strain soybeans through a cheese cloth or sieve make sure you get the clothe kind.
  2. Pour the sieved milk into a big pot, boil the soymilk on medium heat for 1 hour stirring frequently, reduce the heat add in lime juice (do not stir), your awara start foam. Turn off the heat cover the pot and set aside for 1 hour.
  3. Place the cheesecloth in a bowl or over the sink, pour the tofu in carefully, fold the cheesecloth over and press out as much soymilk as possible, press down on the tofu bag with tray and an heavy object leave for 1 hour
  4. Cut the tofu into desired sizes and season with some salt maggi and pepper, deep-fry until golden brown.
  5. Serve with fish green pepper and onion sauce
