Serve with some tomato sauce, yaji (grounded pepper mix) or on its own. Tofu in a rich and spicy peanut butter sauce! Serve over rice and garnish with chopped scallions, coriander leaves or microgreens. Broccoli, red bell pepper and mushrooms are sauteed with tofu in a savory peanut sauce.
Steps to make Tofu(Awara and sauce):
- Pick the dirt from the beans, soak, and blend
- After blending, sieve using scarf use for tata. Place the milk extracted and place on fire. Lv it for some time to boil
- After the milk has started boiling u add d tamarind juice or ruwan tsamiya until it start to cuddle.
- Sieve it and allow to drain for sometimes. Then u cut d awara to desired shape and
- Place d awara inside the water containing salt, maggi and onga stew and fry
- For the sauce, slice ur onion, attarugu, tattashe and set aside. pour oil in a pan and pour the slice onion, attarugu, tattashe. Continue stirring using a wooden spoon. After it fried add small quantity of water, add maggi, curry and spices and cover for 5mints. Done. Serve with ur awara
Serve over rice and garnish with chopped scallions, coriander leaves or microgreens. Broccoli, red bell pepper and mushrooms are sauteed with tofu in a savory peanut sauce. In a small bowl combine peanut butter, hot water, vinegar, soy sauce, molasses and cayenne pepper. The original crispy tofu snack is deep fried until crispy and golden. It is then served in a brown sauce that is garlicky and slightly sweet.
